The register does not determine who must be trained, what training is sufficient, whether a person is competent, whether a certificate is valid, or whether federal/state/local requirements are satisfied.
Environmental, employment and privacy boundary: use aliases only. No employee names, emails, phone numbers, certificates, signatures, health information, credentials or course files are uploaded. The paid report receives only redacted metadata and reference labels. This tool does not determine generator category, applicable law, curriculum, qualifications, competence, record-retention authority or compliance. State programs can be more stringent; an authorized EHS/legal owner must verify current sources, real records and any deletion decision.
