A weekly report needs
next week’s decision.
Import redacted ticket metadata, not ticket text. The tool calculates reproducible weekly flow and exception signals; a service-desk manager chooses at most three actions and reviews the prior action against a named metric.
Weekly service-desk flow and decision loop
| Category | Created this week | Previous week | Change |
|---|
Counts depend on the export's completeness, time zone, status history and field semantics. Category movement is not a root cause; reopen and transfer counts are signals, not agent performance scores.
Service-desk boundary: raw CSV stays in this browser; the paid report receives only redacted calculated rows and human-entered decisions. The tool does not connect to or modify an ITSM, infer incident cause, measure individual performance, define an SLA, authorize access, close tickets or prove a decision caused a metric change. Reconcile export scope and have an authorized manager review every action.

- redacted resolution-due, reopen and transfer review rows
- prior-decision metric outcome without causal claims
- three manager-owned decisions with baseline, target and due date
